I can't post in the Ask an Expert area

I was going to open a thread for Ask The Martial Artist and got this

Please start the thread in Q&A and then report the post asking a mod to move it. This would be an excellent addition.

The starting of threads is restricted in the Ask the Expert forum to limit the threads to some degree.
