    No. I am actually

    Sister Helen Prejean

Susan Sarandon won an Oscar for playing her in a 1995 movie, based on the nun's book, which got a lot of attention at the time: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dead_Man_Walking_(film)

Sr. Helen was born in Baton Rouge, La., on the east bank of the Miss. River.

No worries. As for the Miss. River - would it have made any difference if I said she was born on the other side? It runs right through the southern half of the state.

If you had said west, I could have concentrated on the southwest. Not saying I would have guessed her.
