I went with Cheesecake but Tiramisu is pretty much tied.

Cheesecake is divine, too, and I agree with Myrna that it's best when simple...no toppings or anything.

well, you didn't have Creme Brulée listed, so tiramisu (which sounds Japanese, not Italian) got my vote

I am deeply gratified to see tiramisu making a strong showing. Even better: tiramisu mochi.

I went with the tiramisu. I've made it from scratch before and eaten nearly half the thing myself.

(It wasn't a very big batch, but still!)
