I buy different types of bread or bread rolls from time to time, but all in all I have clear preferences. Most of the time I will buy something that is not too far from this one. In fact I bought exactly that today.
It's a rye-heavy sourdough with a nice firm and crunchy crust.
What is your preferred type?

My grandmother made it when I was a child, though, and I have very fond memories of it. Sadly, I think my house is too cold here for creating a starter.
