Regarding the banning itself: since I wasn't allowed to call the poster a cunt, room 101 for a day seems fine. Although perhaps it would be better if we were allowed to call other posters cunts :)

I agree with SBSO; disabling the search function for Room 101ers doesn't seem to serve any constructive purpose, even though they can't post there at the moment.
