But I just saw something interesting from Qadgop re: doing your duty for people whom you despise. And his OP is fascinating (as usual) but I think the thread subject alone would suffice for a pithy discussion here.

What do you think about titling threads to reference their origin on the Dope and bringing them here, something like - "FTD: When you hate your clients" with a link to the original thread in the OP?

Does that seem kosher?

I said I had no intention to. Shit happens. In any case, it was more of a strongly-worded request than anything else; if CRSP disagrees he's perfectly free, of course, to overrule me. He wasn't around when I noticed this thread and I prefer the "better safe than sorry" approach.

I don't think that should be an issue since the terms and condition there grant posters copyright on their own postings, including the right to republish them elsewhere.

Dude. Chill. All he did was try to clarify something you'd said. Just because people question you doesn't mean they're out to get you. I'll bet if you look back, you'll find yourself sometimes questioning people in a similar way. We can't really stop you from taking interesting questions from elsewhere (not just the other board) and reasking them here. That is, after all, where half of the threads on the other board came from. So, as long as they're reworded, I don't see a problem.
