False. If I'm too sick to wake up when I do almost every single morning, then an alarm is not needed.

False, although I saw a kid run into one when I was in high school and get very badly cut. He lived, fortunately.

False. I never got into those books. If the visuals look awesome in the first trailer, I'll totally start flipping out after it's released.

Truish. My son takes a reusable bottle to school every day, and I use a Camelbak when hiking (the only time I carry water around with me).

No, alas, the Red Cross doesn't want my blood anymore, since I've been in the UK more than a cumulative six months in my lifetime (they're worried about Mad Cow Disease exposure, which you can't test for). Grrrr.

You're kidding right. We don't have BSE in the UK anymore and the USA refused to admit how many cases it has.

Actually, I do. Just for eating by the slice, or in a grilled cheese sandwich. It's not my favorite cheese by any means (cheddar, parmesan or bleu are at the top of that list), but sometimes it hits the spot.

TNP hopes to see Megamind soon (I did today, and it's good).

No. I very rarely take naps - if I'm sick, of course, or if it's a very quiet weekend afternoon and I'm feeling particularly tired, but otherwise not.

    (For CatInASuit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megamind)

I guess so: I bought movie tickets and went to see Due Date with my eldest son tonight. A lot of laughs, but not as good a movie as it might've been.

False but soon to be true - a friend of mine just had an exhibition, and since his paintings are affordable and I like them, I am going to buy several. (Usually the only original art that I like is far outside my price range - I can't bring myself to pay $10,000 or $20,000 for a painting but those are invariably the prices on the ones I like. Lucky me, my friend is selling his for about $100 each!)
