Actually, I do. Just for eating by the slice, or in a grilled cheese sandwich. It's not my favorite cheese by any means (cheddar, parmesan or bleu are at the top of that list), but sometimes it hits the spot.

Lucky me, my friend is selling his for about $100 each!)
