That was funny as hell. Really well done.

I just watched a bunch more "literal versions" including Take on Me, You're Beautiful, With Arms Wide Open, Separate Ways and Never Gonna Give you up. None of them were very good.

    Any more 'literal' recommendations?

    I've learned a valuable lesson:

Staring at the swim team gets you killed by a gang of dancing ninja men who know how to twirl.

I don't know why this kind of thing tickles my funny bone so much, but they never fail to make me giggle.

    is pretty awesome.

    I also like .

I didn't really enjoy any of the other literal videos as much. The Meatloaf one was alright. Honestly, they struck gold with "Total Eclipse of the Heart" because that video is so completely nonsensical.

^^^ I agree. "Total Eclipse" was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Some of the other ones are... tedious. It's sad, because they could be funny, but the people who made them lack the funny.

Barenaked Ladies is pretty good, just for keeping up with the song's frenetic pace. (Best line:"So we don't offend our black friends").

I find Total Eclipse of the Heart to be the funniest one I've watched...maybe because it seems to take itself so seriously, and was trying to hard to be artsy.
