Anyone with a pre-determined time is kind of weird. I can't imagine looking at my watch and going "Oh shit, it's Whack-Thirty already? If the board meeting will please excuse me for a few moments...."

Edit: I voted evening since that when I usually do it on weekdays, but I sometimes do it in the morning if I wake early enough. During weekends, all bets are off.

I was about to start rubbing one out, but instead I answered this thread.
Whenever, I don't mind. Usually in the evening, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes both.

I never do when I'm in a relationship. I'm not sure why; maybe it feels like cheating.
When I'm between relationships, I have customarily been a gentleman (genitalman?) of the evening. Although on weekends, I was known to kick off a busy Saturday or lazy Sunday with a ceremonial one-gun salute in the morning.
