Thanks for changing the forum rules banner to make it less obtrusive. I was thinking about saying something but put it off - I found the old banner distracting, particularly since it was in a similar style to Wikipedia's "New messages" bar (I was a Wikipedia editor in my spare time a while back). I like the new one a lot better.
