I have an incoming friend request (I know this because I have a notification and when I click on it it says so). When I click "accept" on the friend request and then click "Save changes" nothing happens. The person who is requesting my friendship says it doesn't look like the request was accepted. Am I doing something wrong?

Never mind, I'm dumb. I figured it out: there is a little tick mark on the avatar of the person who is requesting friendship that you must tick before clicking "Save changes" and I didn't notice it. Silly me.
