Mutts!!!!! Characters are listed here. I Mooch with an unholy passion.

Mooch loves his Little Pink Sock and this is my favorite:

    The Unspeakable Vault is hilarious.

    I've fallen off lately, but:

User Friendly, geek humor at a small Canadian ISP. He is also a fan of Bloom County.

Gunnerkrigg Court, The stories are interesting and the artwork is great.

Questionable Content, OK, I am not sure why I read this one. I got caught up in it last year and now just keep reading it. I need to catch up again.

Shortpacked! - Centers around the wacky hi-jinks of toy store employees and has lots of geek humor.

Punch an' Pie - actually, more toy store antics. I don't know how that didn't occur to me until just now.

Menage a 3 - a weird love triangle between three roommates, some borderline NSFW stuff.

For an older indie comic (not a webcomic, and not online unfortunately), there's always Strangers In Paradise.

I forgot about Lio! I don't love it as much as Mutts, but it has its moments. My favorite:
