Pretty damn cool. This year has been one of the best ever, thanks to joining forces with my sister and hitting haunted houses on a daily basis.![]()
So now they are just dirt-covered English people in fur pelts with credit cards.
My 10-year old loves LOVES Halloween. I'm not crazy about her vampire costume--she worked on it with mom--but what am I going to do?

I just love celebrating and Halloween is a perfectly wonderful holiday for being weird.
I don't think so, therefore I'm probably not.
Can't it be both?I love Halloween. I love dressing up. I wish we had more haunted houses around here (I only know of one this year, and my friend said it was pretty weak). Also! You can buy mass quantities of chocolate in one trip to the store, and nobody even blinks.
So, I'll whisper in the dark, hoping you'll hear me.
Marsilia, that sucks about the haunted houses. I bet if you'd headed over into NOLA you could have found some great ones. I've done three this year and every single one was fantastic. It's just been fun all around.

Zuul, I'm sure there are haunted houses over in NOLA, and I might head that way the week before, next year. Halloween weekend is Voodoo, though. Hopefully, I will be there to catch the awesome next year.
