Yeah, it took me a while but I finally got it. Once I realized that it would mark questions wrong until they became right it got a lot easier.
So now they are just dirt-covered English people in fur pelts with credit cards.
I will try again tomorrow when I'm refreshed.
Sarah, I'll give you a hint:
Spoiler (mouseover to read):
I didn't mark C for a single answer.
So now they are just dirt-covered English people in fur pelts with credit cards.
Unless you consider #20 to have only one possible answer, there's an alternate solution that's self-consistent :
Spoiler (mouseover to read):
1.D 2.A 3.D 4.B 5.E 6.D 7.D 8.E 9.D 10.A 11.B 12.A 13.D 14.C 15.A 16.D 17.B 18.E 19.D 20.A
Actually, solutions, since you can have 14.B and 19.C.
Yeah, there are several different solutions, since it is self-referentialbut this was the one I came up with:
Spoiler (mouseover to read):
1.D
2.A
3.D
4.B
5.E
6.D
7.D
8.E
9.D
10.A
11.B
12.A
13.D
14.B
15.A
16.D
17.B
18.A
19.B
20.E
Which is different from parzival's by four answers.
So now they are just dirt-covered English people in fur pelts with credit cards.
It claims to have a unique solution, but in terms of its own constraints, it's missing one. Except that I have to laugh, because what I didn't notice before is

what the answers spell out. It wasn't until you listed it vertically, Zuul, that I saw it.
