Because this is a debate forum, discussions might become heated and nobody is expected to be a perfectly logical debate machine. However, repeated use of the more obnoxious logical fallacies (ad hominem, poisoning the well, appeal to ridicule, etc) may earn you a STFU from a mod or a caging.
