I think what Jizzelbin was saying is that it might be funny to cast Danny Trejo in every role (or ro^le, I guess) in an ethno-inclusive *Wiz*, including the short people and the women.

I'm not sure I know enough Latino or Asian actors and actresses to fill an entire cast of The Wiz. But George Lopez (Scarecrow?) and Margaret Cho (Dorothy or Glinda?) would be good places to start on each side of the ethnic fence.
