Well, that's better than going to bed late and getting up early, but I'd really prefer to be on a second shift schedule: bed around two AM, up around ten or eleven AM, and go from there.

False, I think. The demands of real life interfere with really testing it out, but I'm pretty certain I'd love to go to bed at 8 pm and get up at around 4 am every day, on schedule, forever, because that's truly what my body wants.
