Well, I go to the same Starbucks almost every day, but it's always to take out, so I don't know if that counts as "frequenting".

Well, I go to the same Starbucks almost every day, but it's always to take out, so I don't know if that counts as "frequenting".
TNP has lost something recently and is going nuts trying to figure out where it is.
More or less true. The other day I realized I was missing my passport, my son's passport, and over USD 3,000 worth of airline tickets. I had no memory of what I might have done with them after putting them in my purse at the travel agent's, but they were not in the purse, nor were they in the safe where I should have immediately stashed them. Talk about a panic-inducing realization. (Luckily they turned up on the bookcase next to the dog crate, where I had evidently set them down in order to release the dogs when I got home.)
TNP is saying to themselves, "Three thousand dollars worth of airline tickets? Shit, who spends that kind of money on tickets?"(*)
(*) answer: people who live in Indonesia but have to travel to Hawaii, New York and Guadalajara for assorted family reasons. Part of the cost is covered by my husband's employer, thank goodness.
Well since you answered it, no I am not wondering.
TNP really needs to fix their BBQ now that nice weather is upon them.
No, I think the barbecue's good enough. My wife's the only one who uses it, anyway.
TNP wonders why people schedule meetings for Friday afternoons.
False - but now that you mention it, it's probably so that if they end up going on a bender, they've got all weekend to continue it or recover.
TNP can see a whopping raincloud if they look outside and is thinking, "I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere.".
False, it's a great day here, and I'm looking forward to going adventuring with my kid.
TNP is kinda dreading next week.
Meh... the weeks are allt he same to me these days. Not dreading it any more than any other week.
TNP has comforted a crying child/puppy/kitten already today.
False; though I did warmly greet my bird, as though she'd have it any other way.
TNP would do high school over again, knowing what he or she does today.
True. There's a teacher I have in mind, too. She was hawt. :wink:Quote:

Nope. All I cooked yesterday was a couple burgers.
TNP had a really weird dream last night.
Hmm....I'm really lousy at remembering my dreams, unless there's something really wild going on...so, while I have an idea that I had a dream last night, I can't quite remember it now, so I guess it couldn't have been really weird.
TNP could eat eggs at every meal.
I like eggs, but not that much. Ugh.
TNP is looking forward to upcoming time off.
Eerily true. The next 2-3 months are gonna be hell as I have an incredible amount of work and family demands (I started to summarize them here, but even a summary would edge into TLDR territory real fast so I deleted my whining). However, if I can just stay sane until September, as long as nothing unexpected crops up I should be able to take it easy for a while.
The next poster has been in a romantic relationship with someone that their family and/or friends did not approve of.
False...at this time I don't really have a romantic relationship with ANYONE. :-(

Wut is a pet Automated Teller Machine? I used to work on them, but wouldn't call them pets.
ATM = at the moment, methinks.
False; I have the one cockatiel.
TNP thinks NASCAR is boring.
True. Turning left 225 times = just kill me now. I find it hard to believe that most NASCAR viewers aren't hoping for a crash, (not involving their favorite driver, of course) the fierier the better.
TNP has left the house, having inadvertantly put on non-matching shoes.
Yeah, not lately, but I've done it.

False. Pulpy is not a selling point for me.

I liked ski-ing but have only been once, for a week. Never got round to gving it another go! The idea of snowboarding terrifies me!
TNP needs to do repairs on their house.
False, AFAIK (I can't be sure since the house we own is in the US and we're in a rented house in Indonesia).
The next poster could not say with absolute certainty which countries share a border with South Africa.

TNP takes showers that are far too hot and long to be decent.
(usually) false. I normally and in and out as quickly as I can get.

False. I'm so averse to appearing superstitious that it's almost a superstition in itself. :D
TNP has jumper cables, a jack and a working spare tire in their car right now.
Damn, I should check. I think there's jumper cables in the emergency kit, but I haven't looked in a while, which is stupid.
TNP is feeling like doing something really crazy, but can't quite decide what.

I love Indian food. It's one of my favorites, but my fiancee won't eat it so it's a rare treat for me.
TNP owns a Phil Collins CD.
False. I got no Phil. I don't even think I have a lonely Collins track on my iTunes.
TNP has traveled on a plane this year.
No, not so far, got a trip coming up in August.
