Prison officer hounded out of job.
Who's to say this officer wasn't actually a positive influence on the young ruffians around her? Was there an increase in misdemeanors during the time she was employed at this prison, or something, that could be directly related to her presence?

Another thing - you don't hire a 5ft tall prison officer and then start worrying about their physical safety.

Maybe she shouldn't be a prison guard (I can't really have an informed opinion), but that's because she's tiny, not because she's hot. So an inmate said he wouldn't mind taking her back to a cell. I'm willing to bet my balls that most female prison guards hear things like that all the time. Female cops do, female soldiers do, female bus drivers and waitresses and female practically anything hear things like that all the time.
But read the goddamn comments. I despair.

Taller, fatter, and hairier.
As for is it a problem, I'd imagine less so in a Young Offender's institute, if only for the fact the inmates are on the whole, much less physically developed.

This comment reminds me of a conversation I had in nursing school. I was speaking with a professor about what areas of nursing interested me. My first choice at the time was mental health. This particular professor had been the nursing supervisor at a mental health facility and he said to me something along the lines of "Sleepy, this is most likely illegal for me to say if I were interviewing you for a job but if you came to me for an interview I would not hire you. I wouldn't care if you were tops in your class. You're a 5'1" female who weighs around 95 pounds. The patients you'd be working with could most likely overpower you at any time. I've had men twice your size who've been taken down by a patient and I couldn't risk having you on board."
It sucked to hear it, but I really appreciated his honesty and trusted his opinion. He'd worked in that realm for 20+ years and I had to assume he knew what he was talking about. I could have spouted off about sexism and any other ism, but in the end he's probably right. I never pursued working in that capacity.
That's what I thought of when I read about this girl.
