Hazelnut oil...what do I do with it?
I was just at the grocery store and noticed that they are carrying a line of gourmet oils...walnut, hazelnut, truffle, grapeseed, etc. The hazelnut was on sale, so we decided to get some and try it out. The problem is, we're not sure what to do with it. There's a recipe on the back of the can for salad dressing, but I'm thinking there has to be something more interesting than that to use it for. Anyone have any ideas?

Chocolate fondue! Use some of the hazelnut oil for thinning semi-sweet chocolate. Instant "nutella" fondue....mmmmmmm... Dip cubes of french bread in it for insta-gasm.

Oh wow! GREAT idea, WhyNot! I think we'll be trying that before the weekend is out. :-)
