These days it's often something like "ABC Corporation is an equal opportunity employer" or "XYZ Co. has a diverse workforce and welcomes all qualified applicants."
Yeah, thought about that. Was interested how to phrase if you ONLY want people from a majority. (Leaving intersectionality aside)
You can't lawfully do that in the U.S. How you then go about deciding who to hire is, of course, something else again.

Just as well. Fast answers can be hard to come by on Mello - let alone correct ones!
