If they used Iowa and New Hampshire polling, as opposed to national polling, would the top 10 change any?
I kind of doubt it. Having the first caucuses and first primary in relatively small states does at least give the less-well-known candidates a chance of making themselves known to a manageable number of voters, offsetting the initial name recognition and cash advantages of more prominent candidates.
