I wish I could unearth the photos from a few years back, mate of mine made a storm trooper costume. He moulded it and cast it himself. It took him 24hrs work straight and it looked great. I'll have to see if my brother has any of the pics. Another time a couple of guys I know pretended to be a pair of leprechauns on a couch, very elaborate and hilarious looking.
