Exy is banned permanently

Is this fair? Possibly not. However, I have never claimed to be fair. He has a history of driving people off of this board whom he dislikes--something he proudly brags about.

I have no desire to run a board where one user is constantly bullying others to get his way. He can be charming, witty and insightful, but he can also be one of the most vicious jerks I have ever seen on a message board. If we must lose that charm and that wit for the sake of getting rid of disruptive behavior from someone who seems to believe this entire board exists solely for him, so be it.

You may think that this latest episode isn't enough to warrant a ban. It is, after all, in the Thunderdome. You may think that I'm being biased and banning him for attacking me. Perhaps there is some truth to that, but just as I have never claimed to be fair I've also never claimed to be unbiased. This is only the latest incident in an ongoing cycle of disruptive behavior that has cost us dozens, if not more, of posters.

I don't want this cycle to continue. I will not sit here and watch the board be killed by inches all for the sake of one not terribly nice person.
