Nanny and the Professor is my #1 choice for this. Thankfully Hulu rescued it from the trash bin.
I would like to find "The Ghost & Mrs. Muir" but I recall it was not very good. It was only on two seasons for about 50 shows but was shown in syndication often when I was a kid.
Another one is "Please Don't Eat the Daisies" (1965)
These were all short lived shows. Two based loosely on movies.
Do you have any?
You mentioned nanny and the professor in another thread and I ended up watching almost the entirety of the 2 seasons they had on hulu. So thank you for bringing that show to my attention. And I loved the book Please Don't Eat the Daisies and would love to see a tv show based on it.
