Non-automated poll: Which do you find sexier: bare skin, hints of same, or high couture?

Visualize, if you will, the person you find sexiest. Natalie Portman, Taye Diggs, Halle Berry, Matt Damon--the who doesn't matter. Just get a picture of him or her in your head.

If it's a woman, would you find her sexier while wearing an outfit that bared a great deal of skin, like daisy dukes & a halter top; something that showed her figure but bared little flesh, like tight jeans and an equally tight sweater, A flowing, casual dress that does not cling to her flesh? Or an elegant gown?

If the person you're visualizing is male, would you find him sexier while wearing shorts & a muscle shirt, tight jeans and a tight shirt, a well-tailored business suit, or a well-tailored tux?

I'm not doing this as an automated poll. I started to, but then I wondered if I should break down the options by gender & sexual orientation, and they got unwieldy, and as you know I am terribly lazy. If you wish to specify your gender, & orientation, and approximate age in your response you may, but if you don't wish to I won't cry.

Nice suit or well-fitting (not tight) jeans with a button-down shirt...those are far better than totally nude or something skimpy...at least to me.

I'm pretty odd. I think that one of the hottest outfits a woman can wear are coveralls, so I'm definitely going to be going for the fully clothes option. It's not that I dislike skin or am reacting to it as some kind of prude - its just that a nice outfit has so much scope for imagination.

Depends on the woman, but there's no question that a lady in a business suit is way hotter than one in daisy dukes.

And ftr, it's hard to find a picture of this on Google without it being boring or porn. Where's the middle ground?

Male, predominantly straight, 36, and give me something that shows the shape without showing too much of the skin. Jeans or an above-the-knee skirt, and a nicely fitting sweater or shirt.

If they're all attached via velcro in the back, so that I can rip it all off with one aggressive swipe, better yet.

For a lady, something modest that is also flattering with hints of skin. A skirt that isn't too short, but accentuates the thighs. A top that fits nicely, but shows a hint of cleavage or perfectly hugs the breasts. A gown can accomplish something similar, though of course you can't see much of the legs then.

On a guy, probably a well-fitted pair of jeans and a snug T-shirt without anything being overly tight. I want to see body shape without knowing what religion he is. A nicely tailored suit is also acceptable.

I guess hints of nudity more than nudity itself. Without all those social cues of clothing and posting and such, people are just sort of sacks of skin. Occasionally they're sacks of skin you want to hump.
