And Sarah, I don't even want to hear about it. This is valid research, expertly executed.
The Stones, easily. The Stones released a ton more music than the Beatles, and while not all of it was great, there's no rule that says I have to listen to the bad stuff. So I'll listen to Sticky Fingers and Exile, while playing frisbee with Steel Wheels.
I loves me some Steel Wheels.
That was easy...Beatles all the way. Can I get solo stuff in the package?
This was so simple for me, Beatles without a doubt or moment's hesitation.
Beatles. And honestly, I would rather chose Hall & Oates than the Stones. I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I really have no use for most of their work. (I like "Can't Always Get What You Want" and uhh... "Paint It Black", I guess).
While the Stones are more rocking and put out more material, I had to go with the Beatles simply for the overall better quality of their music and the variety contained within the records.
It's too easy. Beatles FTW.
