Default What recipes from Mellophant have you actually made?

I love food and cooking, so when I read recipes here I often respond with "wow, that sounds great, I'm going to make it soon!"

Then reality sets in, and, um... I don't actually follow through.

But I have made at least two recipes from here ... Chef Guy's chicken chili (which I have made 3-4 times, it is so easy and delicious) and Johnny's gravlax. I'd like to think I've made more things, and it is possible that I have, but they are not coming to mind right now.

However, someone (I think it was threnody or vison) posted a recipe for cookies (mocha crisps, IIRC) and I'm definitely going to make those ASAP. Really! This weekend.

Okay, slackers ... what have YOU prepared based on Mellophant food threads?

This one. It was delicious but I underestimated the richness and creaminess and made far too much.

    Motherfuckin' Spam Balls.

I think there have been other things, but for obvious reasons that one sticks out.
