I just mentioned in the appliance thread that for years I didn't own even a manual can opener, as we never consumed canned food.
Things have changed, though. As much as I hate to admit it, I keep the following canned food around:
tomato paste, tomato sauce, and whole tomatoes
mandarin oranges
evaporated milk
baked beans (Bush's or Heinz only)
chickpeas and red beans (for when I don't have time to soak dried)
tuna
refried lard, I mean beans (YES I AM ASHAMED, OKAY?)
...and probably a couple of other things I'm not thinking of.
What canned foods do you keep around?
