How do I post a picture?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I didn't see it in the FAQ. I tried to post a picture in the boobs thread but it gave me an error message.
I was using [ img] http://enxstatic.com/images/adlt/simply ... 829746.jpg [/ img] without the spaces. I made sure the Disable BBCode button was unchecked and it was but it still didn't work.

Nice one. It's too big, though. The maximum width and height is set to 1024. That one is 1200 pixels tall.
It would be nice if the software gave a better indication that that's what's wrong...

No, I tried posting a smaller picture and that didn't work either. Glazer said new posters can't post pictures.

Works OK for me. AFFAIK there are no restrictions on new posters posting images although it has been mooted it hasn't been ratified.

(Usually, the answer would be "no, I put that in there intentionally so I could show the tag I was using without it being interpreted as a tag", but if the [img] tag doesn't work for you, that shouldn't have been necessary, right?)

There is a minimal threshold in place before a new user can use the IMG tags. It is still in flux. This was in reaction to the Trolls that like to troll with images.

Why Can't I post an image?
To minimize trolling we have a small limit of a member cannot use the IMG tags until they have 30 posts.

I think I'm missing the point of your original FAQ then, because it doesn't make any sense to me. What does "a small limit of a member" mean?

Nope, you are correct, my entry is screwed up. I just thought your correction might give the wrong feel.
I was trying to word it in a way that, "We're sorry to inconvenience members with low post counts, but trolls do trollish things."
I am very open to a clean way of saying that.

How about blaming those OTHER, nasty trolls - Because of the actions of trolls (who are not you we are quite certain) you may not post an image until you have 30 posts under your belt.

Is there any explicit way to specify the dimensions of an image? I get "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image" when trying to post this:
