Default Achieving a Domebo "clean sweep"!

I approve of this new-fangled 7 forum business, cos now I have a more realistic chance of having my name as the last post in every forum.

And when that happens, fear ye all, for a great pestilence will fall upon the earth and there will be much scratching of the nether regions.
To sleep, perchance to experience amygdalocortical activation and prefrontal deactivation.

I wish I hadn't been scratching at my nether regions when I read that. I really, really wish that.

Can we ban ivan's account before he causes pestilence?
Something tells me we haven't seen the last of foreshadowing.

You know, Pestilence gets a bad rap, but he's not the worst of the Four Horsemen by a long chalk. At least when he comes over he doesn't raid the pantry like Famine does.

Oh - and I think that the board rationalisation exercise was a good idea too.

When Famine turns up, those sores developing around your nethers will be one of your only sources of nourishment.

Luckily for all involved, I have no dealing with that department, except on the odd days we go out riding with a couple of our mates.

It's too late for you, my friend - I won Domebo about three weeks ago, when we had ALL the extra forums!

I tried for a sweep over at the Giraffe Board a minute ago. No dice. Too many forums.

There's a good chance that your post in Bizarro Giraffe will stick as the most recent post there for awhile, though, if that's any consolation.

I'll have to try this too. Does this include the sub-forums?

Not specifically. Forum/SubForum Index displays the last post, whether it's the main or subforum.

Some people are right show-offs! Btw, I hope you didn't start any of those threads specifically to get your clean sweep, or you'll be disqualified!

Nope, no new threads, just replies (new threads take too long, and this is a game of speed as well as skill and timing).

Meh. Those aren't nearly as impressive as my clean sweep back when we had soooo many more forums.

Do I smell a challenge, my good sir?

Choose a day and time and we shall settle this as gentlemen: both of us posting like mad until one overtakes the other. Are you up for it?

Yes, but can you do a Forum Sweep? That is, have the most recent post in every thread on the front page of a forum. At a default of 50 threads/page, that would be more of a challenge, even in the wee hours of the morning.

Well, any of you pussies think you can do it? Do ya?

Huh. I think I'm about to achieve a sweep by accident.

A forum sweep is one thing, but what's next? Trying to do the most recent post in every thread in every forum? Filling up the chat window with your posts? I would hope that posters have better things to do, like making intelligent well-thought out posts in the forums.
Well, any of you pussies think you can do it? Do ya?
Please no insults outside the 'Dome. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

That's fine. I was feeling sick again and spent all morning in bed. I was going to call a forfeit in your favor, but you saved me.
