Default What is known about how left handedness affects thinking?

I was just reading the Wikipedia page on left-handedness. This isn't very well cited, and seems to have lots of weasel words and references to books (which may or may not be a load of rubbish). Is there any concrete evidence for a difference in how left-handed and right-handed people think, or a difference in their abilities?

I and my wife are right-handed, our son is a lefty. I agree there is a lot of fuzzy thinking, hand waving and weasel words on this subject.

There is a Cecil Adams column that has some relevance (towards the bottom):

Everyone is born left-handed. You turn right-handed when you commit your first sin.

Lefties are the only ones in their right minds.

    Nothing need more be said.

I don't know if it's possible to quantify "differences in thinking" between lefties and righties. I have read that while language processes are usually handled on the left side of the brain, in lefties, some portion of it takes place in the right hand side of the brain.

Better yet, if called by a panther, don't anther.
