Now that I know about them...maybe? (I knew the Olympics were starting soon, just not exactly when.) Once you've been reduced to a blubbering baby by Muhammad Ali (Atlanta '96), all other opening ceremonies fall short of the glory.

UPDATE: So, I ended up watching a lot of the opening ceremonies, just because artifex and I happened to be in a bar where they were playing, and lo and behold, Daniel Craig figured prominently therein! Self-fulfilling prophecy? Aaaaaaaaaaaaaanyway...
