A way to have posters info/avatar on the right of their post?

I don't like having the posters info on the right side of their post. I prefer it on the left, it feels more "natural" to me, and is more logical. Is there a way to change how it shows to ME in the preferences? Or is it a global setting in the software we're all stuck with?
