My cat was sucking my face this morning.

I was up early this AM to feed the cats. (4:45am). I went back to bed and Schatzi the Wonderkitty joined me.

He snuggled up in my neck and started sucking on my cheek. Not licking. Not nibbling. Sucking. I didn't have the heart to stop him - I'm lucky I didn't wake up with a hickey on my face.

He's 20. I wonder if he's reverting to kittenhood. :mrgreen:

Chica has been licking me to make me get up earlier in the morning. Not to be a sweet alarm kitteh - she's just always ready to eat.

I knew a girl whose cat would lick her nipples (the girl's nipples, that is). Bit odd.

My late cat licked my eyeball once. (That's not why he died, though I thought about it.)

I had a cat that would lick my face or hand while I was sleeping. I'd wake up when it started to hurt. I often had these small abrasions on my face or hand. I just told people I fell instead of explaining I was being abused by my cat.

My cat will occasionally crawl under the covers, snuggle up against me, and suck on the blanket. He'll also try to suck on my sleeves while I hold him on my lap, and he cries when I stop him. I've kept hoping he'd get over it, but it's been almost a year and so far he still tries it about nine times out of ten. He doesn't do this to my daughter, and he doesn't suck on random stuff. He's a weird cat. With mommy issues.
