I don't think it's about the Pit so much. It's more about the top-down, rigid tone of the announcement, and Ed's difficulty getting out of the way of his own ass. Not a Board I feel very comfortable posting on anymore, though I'm sure I will from time to time.

As long as that person isn't banned from the Dope, it would be easy to verify by challenging them to post something specific under their actual user name over there to insure that we are who we say we are.

Don't know about the rest of you but I'm about ---><--- this close to having a total diarrhetic FUCK YOU fest all over Mr Zotti, may he be overriden with festering boils. Perhaps I can retain my SDMB membership a bit longer by bitching over here instead. I'm not too into the nonny thing so the Snack Pit doesn't really assuage my venting needs.

I must say, though, that as much as I miss Giraffe The Moderator, I really appreciate the return of Giraffe The Poster!
