Cool How would you phrase this Job listing non-descriminately

Person looking to fill white-collar support staff, they value diversity. They can't just say,"Whites need not apply". Would they just say,"diversity welcomed"?

These days it's often something like "ABC Corporation is an equal opportunity employer" or "XYZ Co. has a diverse workforce and welcomes all qualified applicants."

Yeah, thought about that. Was interested how to phrase if you ONLY want people from a majority. (Leaving intersectionality aside)

You can't lawfully do that in the U.S. How you then go about deciding who to hire is, of course, something else again.

    True. No easy/legal way.

    BTW: didn't need answer fast.

Just as well. Fast answers can be hard to come by on Mello - let alone correct ones!

Hope you hire the best person for the job, regardless of race, ethnicity, etc.
