    Default RIP Terry Pratchett

The world just lost one of its finest.

Long may the discworld live in the dreams of its readers.

That's sad. I've never read so much of his stuff, but he seemed like a guy of great coolness.

He was my favorite living author, I guess that now goes to David McCullough.

I had asked for a Terry Pratchett books for Xmas this year and got 6 to further fill out my collection. 3 new for me and 3 I had read but did not own. He was a very good writer and a colourful character and he will be missed.

Recently found a photo of my brother with him. My brother (very tall) was dressed as Death and joking around with Pratchett. The photo was taken in 1990. Pratchett seemed like a talented and decent man and the living world is poorer for his passing.
