Ah, thanks. That Jewel.
Hmm. I can't think of any sports journalists matching the answers so far. I give up.
Okay then.
I'm TIM KURKJIAN from "Baseball Tonight" on ESPN. (They frequently air after games)
Hmm. Never heard of him: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Kurkjian. I only listen to local baseball commentary, and that, rarely.
Okay, I feared he'd be unfamiliar (given you're not a sports fan)
Give CIAS a ring, see if he has a letter.
Done. I asked him to do so by noon EST Fri., if he wished to.
Hi there - I'd feel guilty giving a letter although it may prompt me to be around a little more often.
Hmm - Let's have a go with T

EH: I had heard that happened at the White House. Nevertheless, I LOVE that story!
David McCullough recounts it in his excellent bio Truman. Lots of great stories in there.
I read that 20 years ago!! May have to revisit it.
It's great. Or, if you want something more recent, I just read his The Wright Brothers. Quite a bit shorter than Truman, but equally good, I'd say.
Yeah, I have to get around to that. I LOVED "Truman", "1776", and "John Adams".
Mornings on Horseback, about Theodore Roosevelt's youth, is also quite good.
