    Woohoo! Thanks. For more:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vyacheslav_Molotov
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molotov_cocktail

Fun factoid: in my Soviet Studies course in college, I once read that Molotov was so scared of Stalin that, every time he was called to the Kremlin for a meeting, he brought along an aide with a suitcase holding a complete change of clothes for him. Without even trying, Stalin sometimes made him accidentally crap his pants.

    Previous IQs:

Are you now a US senator from West Virginia? - Joe Manchin
Did you first own the old mansion which overlooked 'Salem's Lot, Maine? - Huey Marsden, a gangster with an interest in the occult, in the Stephen King novel

    Next let's go with

    L
