    Default Harry the Lego Crab

Harry is a Hermit Crab living in a rock pool in Legoland. Only he doesn't have a shell he has moved into, he has a lego house instead.

I wonder if they gave him a choice of colours and if they will make some bigger one for him, if he gets larger.

    Eeeeee. So cute.

I, too, have dreamed of a Lego home, Mr. Crab.
So now they are just dirt-covered English people in fur pelts with credit cards.

    That is cute!

When I lived in Micronesia some one taught me how to get a hermit crab out of his shell. (Because sometimes there was a pretty seashell that we wanted to collect, but there was a hermit crab inside.) If you blow a puff of hot air onto the shell opening (by going "hahh!", same as you would to clean a pair of eyeglasses), the crab will pop out and you can gently grab him.

Unfortunately, this doesn't have a high success rate from the crab's point of view; it was much too easy to tear the crab apart. So I stopped doing it.
