(if some Mod wanted to ad the E to the poll, that would be awesome.)

I voted for the original Trek version but only as CVN-65 was missing from the list.
The second oldest vessel in the US Navy behind only Ole Ironsides.
And then there is the Enterprise CV-6 which did more to win the war in the Pacific then any other vessel. Probably our greatest ship by war record. Though she just isn't as cool looking as CVN-65.
I mean you want geek appeal, CVN-65's first major publicity photo is the one I included with the Mass–energy equivalence formula spell out using her sailors in their caps. The companion ship are also Nuclear. It was our first ever Nuke task force.
I voted "Refit." The II-III-IV movies are "my" Star Trek, for lack of a better word, and that's the ship I instantly recognize. "A" was introduced at the end of The Voyage Home, if I recall correctly.

I voted B because it looks cool. Also, Sulu Captained an Excelsior-class ship in Undiscovered Country.
Still, it is the Refit that did battle with Khan.

I voted Refit, which has a streamlined elegance about it,* but I think E is 'way cool. And the original ("No bloody A, B or C....") is still a sentimental favorite.
* I think the CGI image of the Refit, above, looks wrong in the secondary hull, though. Your picture of NCC-1701-A looks the way it should - identical to the Refit in its exterior other than the addition of the letter to the registry number.

I, also, have fondness for the Refit.
So now they are just dirt-covered English people in fur pelts with credit cards.
And ugh, that ugly bulge around the secondary hull of the Enterprise-B - just so they could mess it up in the Nexus and not damage the model underneath. I prefer the smoother lines of the other Excelsior-class ships we've seen:
If only I had $3000 lying around to be spent on an Enterprise coffee table.

If I walked into someone's house and saw that in their living room, I would be utterly, unironically delighted. Yet, if I won one of these completely free of charge in some sweepstakes, it would be on Craigslist the next day. I am conflicted and hypocritical.

It's because it's the Enterprise-C, isn't it?

More likely it's the difference between admiring something in someone else's house for a few hours, but not really wanting to have it gathering dust in your own forever.
Well, yes, but that doesn't amuse me as much.

The table is cool, though it's a little subtle. Somehow, the conversion to hardwood softens the blow, and really backs off the geek factor. Now, if the bay doors opened and a little shuttle craft shot out of it, well, that would be something.

What you don't see is that, just off camera, there is a bookcase in the shape of USS Reliant (NCC-1864), but since the Enterprise is perpendicular to it and approaching from above, Khan doesn't see them coming.

And maybe, in the same house, you could have a talking stove that said, "Can I cook or can I cook?"
The real trouble is going to be the laundry room. Remaking the dryer into a Klingon ship could take some work.
(Why the laundry room? Well, obviously it's a good day to dry.)

Zuul, you're the model for that character on The Big Bang Theory earlier this season who was both a hot girl and a big Comic Con attending geek, aren't you?
I'd far prefer that to my mother's accusations of being a female Sheldon. I do occasionally go to conventions and I don't even insist on going there via train, though.

Love the turn this thread took.

At long last, the combination of this image and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV that's hooked up to a PC has allowed me to fulfill my dream of having a viewscreen. Now I just need someone to stick at the desk with the wireless mouse and keyboard to play helmsman...

But will it make that awesome ping-y, bleepy noise?
Because that noise is just the best thing.

If I wanted to go that extra mile, I could probably download the various sound effects (viewscreen on, comm panel hail, red alert...) and set the sound settings for Windows. Then see how long guests take to figure out what's going on.

Just for completeness' sake, there ought to have been an option for the series reboot one.
It's not a bad design, though I like the refit version best. D is second-place for me.
And of course, the one that's come closest to actually being in space:
