Link may not be entirely SFW, as you see the bird smuggler in his undies.This Dutch traveller was caught trying to smuggle more than a dozen live hummingbirds in special pouches sewn into the inside of his underwear at Rochambeau airport in Cayenne, French Guiana.
The birds were individually wrapped in cloth and taped up to prevent them from 'escaping' from their sweaty travel container.
It's absolutely true because I read it in the Daily Mail.
So now they are just dirt-covered English people in fur pelts with credit cards.
Wouldn't they suffocate? Those poor little birdies.
