Default Abercrombie & Fitch vs Jersey Shore

It seems that Abercombie & Fitch the american fashion label have decided that the antics of Jersey Shore, and in particular Michael "The Situatiuon" Sorrentino is not a good brand for them. Now they get a lot of free publicity for it, but its currently not the kind of publicity they want.

    Time for some reverse advertising.

They are going to pay up a large sum of money for them not to wear anything by A&F. I wonder if they could pay up to have them specifically wear some other brand's clothes, instead of just not them?

How about paying them to go away?

The fact that anyone pays them at all to do anything is why I hate humanity.

I would be glad to accept vast sums from the world's major designers not to wear their stuff.

Given that Abercrombie & Fitch have already made large sums of money from Jersey Shore advertising their clothes, it's a bit of a surprise. Have they decided to aim for a different market?

I suppose they're wary of hitching their brand to one perishable wagon. In a few years time JS will be more than likely a byword for the worst of of the late '00s/early '00s.

I don't think we'll need to wait even that long.
