Default How about getting rid of some of the forums?

Many of them are completely moribund. There's still plenty of activity but it seems to mainly be around the Lounge/Arts/Games sections. We rarely "pit" things, and few Q & A type questions are ever asked. What do you all think? It's not a big deal I suppose but sometimes it can be hard to find an active thread if you've been away a day or two.

Merging forums is certainly an option, but for registered users there's always the New Posts link.

Merging sounds like a good idea though I almost never look at the forum list and use the New Posts most of the time.

I use New Posts too but sometimes you don't get a chance to review all the threads you want to then the next time you press New Posts one of the threads mightn't be on the list. I don't know how merging would do any harm either way, is it a hard thing to do?

Actually I believe Merging forums is easy. It is have to split up a forum into more then one spot is hard.
