Oregon drains its reservoir
Oregan has drained one of its large reservoirs after a man was spotted urinating into it. Eight million gallons of water flushed away due to the actions of one drunk man, who was caught in the act on a security camera.
The main reason given was that people would be squicked out about drinking the same water.
This would be the same water that a lot of animals and fish probably do worse in but, no, one human is more than enough.

It must be good to be in an area of such high rainfall that they can afford to waste so much water.
