Default Flavour combos that shouldn't work...

    ... but really, really do.

Right now I am eating rice with a sauce I made. The main ingredients are butter, roast wattleseed powder*, and nutmeg. Tuna and corn are thrown in, too.

These flavours work brilliantly together. It should be more of a dessert, but this really works as a main. It is delicious.

What are some more? I'm in the mood for some experimental cooking.

*roast wattleseed powder is kinda like coffee flavour, with a little hint of chocolate. I have this jar, been looking for an excuse to use it for months.

Try Marshmallow and ready salted crisp butties.

The mixture of sugar, crisps and bread is delicious, or er, umm, so I've been told.

Balsamic vinegar on strawberries. I never believed it until I tried it.

    Salt on peaches?

Had a friend that loved this.

I have a couple more, I'll just post the one for now.

Oliveloaf just reminded me of this one - pepper with fruit. Pepper with pineapple and pepper with orange are particularly good.

Sharp cheddar cheese and peanut butter. I loved it more as a kid, but I still like it.

Bleu cheese and A-1 Sauce. Wowza.

My buddy's kid dips pizza in ranch dressing. Swears by it.

It tried it...not bad. I would never do this to good pizza, but for
    cheap pizza, or cold pizza...sure.
