Anyone for an exploding watermelon?

A farmer in China mistimed the application of various growth chemicals to his watermelon crop resulting in the literal explosion of his crop.

Now, I knew that the Chinese were slightly lax when it came to chemicals in food, then again they have a large population to feed. It's not the first scandal they have had for chemicals, poisonous or otherwise, contaminating their food, but this is more amusing than most.
