The Masters - Augusta 2011

I have no idea if there is any on the board even interested in golf, so this will probably sink like a stone. I only watch the major events anyway.

This coming weekend sees one of Golf's premier tournaments taking place at Augusta with all the top players will be there.

So will Tiger Woods find his winning rhythm, will Phil Mickleson repeat last year's triumph, will one of the European contingent win after so many years of missing out? Considering this will include McDowell, Westwood, Kaymer and Donald, they all stand a chance.

And of course, Poulter has opened his big mouth about Tiger Woods not even making the leaderboard, so I guess he will be adding to his tally of Majors then.

Anyone else interested or watching?

Time zones mean it is on in the early morning here, so I will probably watch the last few holes of the day. I'm not a serious golf fan, though.

Looks like it wasn't a bad start for most of the contenders on the first day, but McIlroy is leading the pack with Quiros.

Then again, he did that last year until he fell badly away.
