Getting an acceptance letter from my first-choice college.
Stepping off the plane in Micronesia, knowing I was about to start a tropical island adventure.
    The birth of my son.
Pulling off a very successful and clever 50th birthday party for my husband.
A day at George's Island off the coast of Boston - much too complicated a story to explain in a single phrase, but a day of wonderful adventure and unexpected bonding

I feel like my wedding should be on the list, but as much as I adore my husband, the wedding itself was a drag - my mother, possibly the only person in the universe to take the "Preppy Handbook" as an actual guide for how to lead one's life, planned and executed the whole thing. My husband and I dutifully endured it. Perhaps "going to Burger King at midnight together after the wedding was over" should be on my list; we both remember our relief and happiness at that moment very fondly.

Name five TV sitcom nerds, from five different shows. For purposes of this thread, I shall define "TV sitcom nerd" as "a character who is so intelligent that their brains interfere with their social functioning, and that's a running gag of the show."
